@mightyteapot@JoshStrifeHayes Enjoying your chats with Josh quite a lot. Would be interested to hear Josh's view on the new Tea Time with Lara and Emi. Also, you guys talk a lot about "the average gamer" without ever interviewing one. Content?
@Necrit94 I just hope they don't fall I to the trap of "every class can do everything". I love what GW2 and is trying to do and improve: give every class options to do something different: melee and ranged dps, support, tank, heal.
@Necrit94 I have no issue with Udyr and Lee. But with Graves and TF also being a couple, are there any true friendship stories left in league? With this trend, I fear for Nunu...
@Necrit94 I have a lvl 30-ish character in ff14 EU that I play when: 1. My son is asleep, 2. My wife is asleep, 3. There are no chores left to do, 4. I'm not too tired. Wanna play?
People think the #ToyotaProductionSystem is old, dead, and/or irrelevant for developing digital services. But the design by consensus is nothing but a push-system, while listening to and designing for customers is a pull-system. TPS has been calling that out for almost 100 years.
Designing by committee or by consensus is designing for the *stakeholders* not *customers*.
It make the team feel better about agreeing to the outputs, but almost certainly makes the outcomes worse.
The decline in #biodiversity has already had serious impact: the reduction in ecosystem functionality costs the global economy more than $5 trillion a year in the form of lost natural services. Five main pressures have caused this decline. https://t.co/rLLTaQPcCu
@Telenet I just thought of something you can do for me, Daan. Send me the recordings from my calls. But please send it to the right address, because even that your colleague managed to get wrong. You can listen to this morning's call for it. @telenet#badservice#belgium
I called August 5th to inform @Telenet I was moving to a new address. I was sold a new plan, and informed the move was recorded in their system. #storytimethread
@Telenet@telenet cant do anything for their customers even after they mess it up so bad. I hear it loud and clear. #Accountability is not a concept you guys know over there, is it?
