Recent studies show: It’s all about the #experience . But to deliver excellent experience, it is about the customer and the employee.
Bringing them together is making your company thrive for excellence and bringing value overall.

Organisation as a Product: As organisations are comparable to product platforms and employees to users, it is only a small step to think about the customer-centric #productmanagement methods and apply this to ‚employee-centric #organisationaldevelopment‘.
What do you think?
Thanks @fraumewes I am a fan of #okr and know on their impact on working towards goals, but I totally agree that OKR is more than that: it creates alignment, transparency & participation within an organization, thus, being a tool for organizational transformation & change itself

I’ve never seen a company lack ideas!
I’ve seen countless companies lacking the processes, skills, metrics, and innovation mindset for ideas to emerge, get tested, and blossom.
Met a new Product Manager two weeks ago and asked how he liked the job so far.
He said he loved everything about it except the politics of influencing people.
I said you might not be happy in this career long term then.
So much of #prodmgmt is influence.
