@dhlexpressuk waybill 5414678592. This was shipped to me in mid Nov. Requested it be placed in an inpost locker but parcel went 'missing'. Apparently now found and awaiting my collection. Had no notification to collect and I can no longer track it. Where is it? Such bad service

@Plusnet so disappointed with the customer service I have received. When I moved home on 30th May, I moved my services with you to my new address. In doing so I was 'awarded' a gift voucher, however I was unable to claim it as the address was still showing as my previous on 1/4

Such a mission to sort!? Surely it's not that difficult? How about use common sense and cancel the first voucher and re-issue with my new address? This is just so poor! 4/4
