Imagine having an online business and your money is stuck on a platform… who charge u monthly. WHO automates their billing but won’t release your funds made on there platform. INSANE! @Shopify

@ShopifySupport This is unfortunate and unacceptable! There should be one person I can speak with to resolve this issue. I’ve been dealing with this for 3 Pluse months and all you guys keep saying is txt a robot and wait for a response of them saying we on the job and nothings resolved.

Absolutely unacceptable! @shopify has no customer service rep you can speak with!!!! Beware before building your business with them.

@ShopifySupport It’s just a lot of back n forth with know solution. Via email and txt. I was advised my bank account needs “refreshing” which I have no clue what that means. I don’t have any issues with Shopify withdrawing their funds… but I’m having issues receiving mine.
