@_TheMizzouTiger If you’re doing 2.5 acre grids this would come out to roughly $12.6 per acre. That’s close to what grid sampling costs in my area. It seems like a good advertising strategy to me. I guess the add doesn’t say it’s grid sampling but I’m making assumptions here.

We have jobs in town and we’re finding it hard to rent ground. But seeing your comment gives me hope knowing someone wants to help younger guys getting started.

@MorganMcNeal90 @PetersenFarms I agree that the taxes these guys pay are out of control. Most guys truly don’t want to retire. What I’m saying is they’ll use taxes or high commodity prices as a reason for wanting to continue to do what they love. There’s nothing wrong with that at all. Just my observation.
