@BestBuyCanHelp @BestBuyCanada But that's the thing, the package was never picked up by the courier. You lost it in your fulfillment department; not my problem. Treat your customers with respect, give the refund, then do what you need to figure out what happened. 3 weeks to get a refund is unacceptable.

@tweethue Just purchased a bunch of hue products, but trying to use sync with my second display on MacOS just doesn't work, even if I select only the 2nd monitor in the sync app settings. Always uses the primary display for sync.
