Day 8 of ‘lost’ luggage despite telling @LATAM_BRA EXACTLY where the luggage is. They cant be bothered to locate it, and are now refusing any compensation! Disgusting customer service 🤬

Hi @LATAM_BRA our luggage was ‘lost’ at GRU on Wednesday and whilst my case has now been recovered and delivered to our hotel in Lima, my wife’s case is still in GRU! Could you give your luggage staff a nudge and get the case on a plane to Lima ASAP, this has spoilt our vacation

@seetickets booked tickets for caravan & motorhome show at NEC last week. Still haven’t received confirmation email. Tried to get them resent via your website and it says an email link has been sent. No email received. Nothing in junk folder and email address is correct. Help!
