@CanesDavid Burnout (resident or otherwise) is NOT the result of oneโs grittiness. Burnout/moral injury is the result of an ongoing crisis in health care. This paper supports the notion that burnout is a provider problem, instead of a true systems problem.
Proposed CMS cuts:
