@ElliottEHolland How do you get past the initial canned responses (eg owner retiring…. Pursing new opportunities)? Clearly, no one sells a great biz unless there is an equally good reason.
Why not say "Approaching break even and expecting to be cash flow positive next year"? Most of the US population is "cash flow positive" if they exclude debt service...
X is already cash flow positive not including the cost of servicing debt, per Bloomberg.
