@ZARA_Care Hi! I've spent hours on calls with your customer service and SMSes with your shipping provider trying to resolve a lost package that the shipper keeps changing the story on. This should be much easier to resolve. What gives?
@UniqloUSA We received a Uniqlo order placed online that was missing an item we paid for. We inquired via a form on the website, and a case number was created; but we haven't heard back since, and it's been 5 days. There doesn't appear to be a # we can call. Please advise!
@MojangSupport I submitted a ticket a few days ago to try to get back access to my migrated account via transaction ID, and I just checked the status: "We're currently replying to cases received on June 4th." Is that serious?? π«
