Day 1 of building in public.
Everyone is building AI to replace your creative team.
I left ecom 5 months ago to build the opposite.
Every tool I see for D2C brands leaves no room for the humans.
So I built a platform that does two things.
First, your team gets a home. Every creative goes from brief to launch in one place.
Second, the AI learns from your team while they work. Give it time and you can turn it into agents that work like them.
Train by doing. Your people don't get replaced, they get multiplied.
We already have a beta tester, a beauty brand doing $10k a day in the US market.
Lesson #1: a good product isn't enough if nobody sees it.
So from today I'll share everything here
A few months ago I was talking with a friend who runs a US brand doing $400k/month.
I realized their real bottleneck wasn't ads. It was the creative process.
So I built them a system in Airtable to manage ads from brief to launch.
The whole team started using it every day.
That's when I quit ecom to turn it into a real app, together with a few other guys.
It lets you run your creative team: creative director, strategist, copywriter, video editor.
Or you can do everything yourself.
There's a library with all your assets in one place: angles, avatars, concepts and so on.
And while you write a brief, it suggests which assets to use and who on your team should take it, based on what you've already picked.
The app is basically ready.
But lately it feels like nobody talks about managing a team or having processes anymore.

Been quietly building this for months.
Our creative team was drowning in docs, spreadsheets and "which hook won last time?"
So I built a board that remembers what sold, for D2C brands.
Worth opening a waitlist?
$1,500 a month on infrastructure.
one beta tester. zero customers.
vercel alone went from $315 in june to $1,128 this month, and we haven't launched yet.
now looking at coolify and self hosting.
will post what it actually costs once we've moved.
@OffByOne67 Couldn't agree more on the "AI employee" fatigue.
Handoffs are way too complex to explain in a tweet, but we’re dropping a video in a few days showing how we handle them.
@yevloop Spot on, scrolling X feels like team management doesn't matter anymore.
Just ad generators everywhere.
But raw output is cheap. Real know-how and team taste are the only things that don't get commoditized.
That's where we're betting.
Right now we're working on a presentation video that shows how the app works. It's hard to explain in a few words, there's a lot of sauce in here.
We're also thinking about opening a waitlist...
The next useful agent on a D2C team is not “make ads.”
It is “write the next brief the way our strategist writes briefs.”
That only exists if the strategist worked in a system that remembered.
