I brought the vehicle in for service and was required to pre-approve an extremely high amount, with the understanding that I would be notified before any work outside of warranty coverage was performed.

I never received any such notification, yet I am now being charged $437 simply because adjustments were made, even though no parts were replaced.
In the 22 months since delivery, the vehicle has already spent more than two months in service.
