@LA_Multi_Fam Maybe it’s an anomaly but we’ve had great luck with our ESRs. Getting the crews out to do the actual cutovers isn’t any faster but the ESRs we have dealt with have been a great resource for us.

As an Angeleno, I am rooting for you, but I do not appreciate that deceiving photo op. Very disappointed and quite embarrassing. The residents in this area deserve better.
