I'm wondering: why did you need to replace `Concurrent::Hash` with `Concurrent::Map` to address the issue?
I wasn't able to find any documented differences in their behaviour that are relevant the the problem at hand.

Thank you for the super helpful blog post on "Top Ten Git Tips & Tricks", @jkent2910! There's a minor typo in it: `git log --pretty=online` should have been `--pretty=oneline`. After this, I get the nicest git log I've ever seen 🙇
