Brilliant initiative @edinburghuniversity to keep #edinburghuniversity students healthy & safe.. I’ve been working with @uoeliving for tasty ideas 4 their self-isolation packs. Students, create a recipe & tag @uoeliving for chance to win a 3-course meal from @scranandscallie🥇
Dear @NicolaSturgeon We all want to drive the virus down & we will work within restrictions BUT to not allow serving alcohol in restaurants is catastrophic. We need these sales to help pay staff & our suppliers. This is serious. Help retain Scottish hospitality & tourism.
Great leaders are ten steps ahead and great leadership is about recognising when the time is right to join forces to gather strength, withstand adversities and prepare for future growth. This is the time, this is the union, this is when a great team can grow even further.

It is time for an unprecedented paradigm shift. The social contract in this country is truly broken and we have no choice but to look for alternative thinking.
If ever there were a time for gov to provide fiscal leadership for hospitality workers and the industry it’s NOW. Mandated closings wisely protect communities, but minus rev, restaurants alone simply cannot fully care for our people and be able to reopen when this storm passes.
@DoctorChristian Your statement "The Italians, any old excuse to shut down everything and stop work for a bit and have a long siesta." is amoral. As you believe Co19 is "like a bad cold really", I would encourage you to explain your views to the families of 1,016 dead: 0.1% vs 5%
Unexpected Saturday night in Edinburgh with surprise child free dinner with my darling wife: glorious food at @ScranandScallie. Thank you Robert and the fabulous team for making a special evening just perfect!
