I shouldn't give away this sauce... but it's life changing as a creative strategist.
Winning ads truly come down to this one thing.
Almost nobody talks about it because it takes about 1,000+ reps to notice the pattern.
And once you see it, you can never see a winning ad the same way again.
I'm talking about Internal Narrative Identity.
This DOES NOT mean personas. Because personas are what WE think of the audience. Internal Narrative Identity is what THEY THINK OF THEMSELVES.
You have to speak directly to the identity you're targeting from the music, to the background/setting, to the font, to the UGC creator's necklace. EVERY LITTLE THING.
Showing the popcorn ceiling with a smoke detector does more than you think.
Showing someone with a tattoo on their neck gives you an idea about how they think.
Showing a coffee mug that was handmade and hand painted gives the audience another thing to judge.
All of these things subconsciously signal who it's for.
Identity also shapes the messaging, the offer, the framing, the emotional triggers, everything.
That's why the foundation of any winning ad is identity.
And the best way to understand their identity is by doing deep research.
How to do this:
Collect hundreds of real audience comments with Perplexity, score them, find patterns, debunk fake ones, and put together a plan for targeting what people care about based on the proof. No guessing or assumptions based on how WE see people, but how THEY SEE THEMSELVES.
If you want my Internal Identity Research Report Prompt, REPOST and comment "ID."
Alright, let's get into it. This is my bulletproof 2026 Meta campaign structure, and yes, I'm dropping it for free because I genuinely don't care, this is what gurus are charging you 20K courses for 😂
Before I even get started: I already know what's coming in the comments. Some nerd is going to show up and start preaching about the 1CBO Consolidated structure like. Cool. Maybe it works for your little $500/day account. But let me be very clear, I have never, not once, seen a brand sustain $500K+ per day consistently on a single CBO at scale. Not one. If you have receipts, slide in. Until then, sit down.
This structure isn't theory. It's not something I read in a course or saw in some guru's carousel post. It was built in the trenches, tested across multiple accounts, multiple verticals, real money on the line, and it has allowed me to scale brands faster than most people think is possible while actually staying profitable.
That last part matters more than the scaling, by the way. Scaling broke is easy. Scaling with margin is the game.
I'm not going to tell you what products, what brands, what niches, or what creative angles I'm running. Those questions will be ignored. Not because I'm gatekeeping, but because the structure is the structure. It works. The variables are on you.
Comments are open. Smart questions only. If you come in with something basic, don't expect a response.
Do with this what you want. THANK YOU FOR YOUR ATTENTION TO THIS MATTER — SCALESURFER OUT🤙

Since putting out this video on ugly ads, I've had multiple people reach out to me and say the same thing.
Scripted ads aren't working for them anymore - it's the unscripted ugly/yapper style that tops the ad account.
Are we seeing a change in how ad creative is made?
so you're telling me i can now...

...all in the same space? with one model?
and search across all of them with a single query?
time to rebuild everything.
To find literally all shopify stores scaling with meta ads, do this:
1) go on brandsearch
2) traffic: min 100k
3) 3 month growth: 100%
4) meta ad count: 100+
5) AI Niches: exclude fashion
That's it. Literally all winners and probably your next million $ product or ad
Viral formats work for ads because people are already conditioned to watch them.
They see the format → brain says "this is worth watching"
You're not earning attention.
You're borrowing it.
Users have seen tons of these without being sold anything, their ad guard is completely down
YouTube Shorts is a goldmine for spotting these early.
Find what's trending. Adapt it. Layer in direct response.
But move fast.
Once brands flood the format, the conditioning breaks and people scroll past.
