So I’m one of the lucky few to have been a victim of the @Qantas hack a few weeks ago. They messaged me earlier this week to reassure me “don’t worry they just stole your email address…nothing else” Further investigation shows my phone number has also been stolen.

@MailOnline@DailyMailAU just to add to the above, the travel agency have now pulled the shutters down and making up the rules as they go along. This debacle would serve as a strong warning to anyone using their platform.

@quick83382 In addition to that, I have spent an unbelievable amount of hours on hold, being cut off, not called back and not being listen to. Honestly, just the worst experience and still not resolution
@quick83382 Thank you for reaching out Liz but I’ve already tried to reason with the customer service team on the phone, the app, email and via X messaging. Multiple failures in communication and processes, and no basic common sense applied to scrutinising the case properly
@bookingcom have the worst customer service - never dealt with such unhelpful staff. Lines keep getting cut off, they never call back or follow-up on queries & to top it off, they are now lying & backtracking on things promised in writing. Hopefully they will see this & help me!
The upcoming Tasmanian elections are fascinatingly frustrating; all I’ve heard so far from both @TasmanianLabor & @TasLiberal is what the other one didn’t or doesn’t do…what a waste of precious money & airtime when you can instead tell us what you will do better or instead!
Shocking customer service & lack of care from Europcar Melbourne. Failing to provide the requested car which ended up costing me extra, and no compensation given by their so-called ‘customer service’. Seems to be a pattern with rental cars @DailyMailAU@acccgovau@MoneySavingExp
@enterprisecares hello, your company has just taken over £100 on my credit card without authorisation and without resolving an open complaint dating back to AUGUST. I want this dealt with as a matter of urgency. Shocking treatment, and total lack of care and respect
@ChemistWhouse picked up a pack of Zyrtek with cashback as advertised in store only to realise the offer is no longer available yet the flyers are still in store. Wouldn’t have bought it otherwise
@skytv your website is worse than useless. Feels purposely obstructive when trying to simply cancel the service - moving home is stressful enough with your system adding to it. Seriously considering not remaining as a customer after this experience - please urgently assist
@Qantas probably the worst flight experience ever today. Simple 1hr flight from Melbourne to Tasmania turns into an ever-growing 9hr delay with total lack of communication and a pathetic $30 voucher to spend on airport-priced food. This wouldn’t be tolerated back home in the UK!
Shame on @Tesco Blandford for pure profiteering on fuel - diesel was £1.59 being 1 of only 2 garages in the area, easily over 10p/l more than anywhere else, including other Tesco garages. People were clearly just putting in just enough to get somewhere else.
@wiltscouncil 2 months later and the dangerous potholes on the A354 and A30 STILL haven’t been fixed. Both on 60mph roads with little visibility. Reported via myWilts app but no progress. Would appreciate a direct response please
My daily commute takes in the A354 and Salisbury ring road through @wiltscouncil and the A343 & A303 through @hantsconnect - the potholes are dangerous and have been there for months. Are you even aware of how bad these roads are?
