⛰️ 🧗‍♀️ Yesterday, our cliff rescue team exercised in ascending and descending ropes on an overhang at the Nose of Howth.

🆘 If you see somebody if difficulty on the coast, call 112 and ask for Coast Guard.

📟🩳 Tasked to injured swimmer at Pucks Rock, Howth.

✅ Thanks to @HowthRNLI Inshore Lifeboat who rescued them from the rocks they were on.

📟 🐶 This morning, our cliff rescue team was paged to Rush to rescue a crag-fast dog fallen down a cliff face.

🧗 As we got to Jackson, he said “fur-get about it” and leapt off, surfing back into the beach himself. We were left ‘howling’ with surprise, what a ‘paw-some’ escape!

📟 Over the weekend, we were alerted to an eyewitness report of a person in difficulty in the sea.

✅ Alongside @HowthRNLI #Rescue116 @AmbulanceNAS @gardainfo, a fast and difficult rescue was successfully carried out in the dark. (File photo)
