@EtherRawl I think crypto is very much alive. If anything, it's the most alive it's ever been. We have ETFs, regulation, companies with crypto on their balance sheet, countries with crypto on their balance sheet, real world assets on the blockchain, AI agents transacting with crypto.

After doing 1.7x on property, I felt like it made sense to realise those gains. Especially considering buying a property using a load is essentially a leveraged long on property.
