Hire the folks that understand how the business works at a technical level (birds-eye), and then have them do the same products over into a super app.
They only need to write the specs of how this should work at a higher level and let the agents do the job.

@SawyerMerritt This is completely opposite to what Statefarm does today = their “Drive Safe & Save” tracker has no idea on how to properly understand EV cars ability to accelerate fast without being at danger. And Tesla doesn’t seem to respect “chill mode” at FSD either. Lose-Lose combination
