@MetaQuestHelp Update: I provided screenshots of every software item I purchased, including Quest 2 hardware, serial number, etc. The alarming official response: we are looking into this and will provide โoptionsโ for you. Really?!? Why canโt they say, we messed up but will make it right again
@MetaQuestHelp Other than proactively visiting twitter, I have yet to receive any acknowledgement, alert, or support from oculus regarding this very widespread outage. My ticket #4526977. A simple email sent during the outage warning not to create a duped account would have sufficed nicely.
@AskDyson I will never buy Dyson again! $800 humidifier fails after just 6 months, Dyson Las Vegas Repair Center wonโt fix because of โfraud alertโ, told to email proof of purchase (did they think I stole it off a truck?!?) sent my Best Buy receipt, still waiting for answer ๐ก
