But your tendons (and other tissue) can’t keep up with the accelerated growth
So your muscle can bench 4 plates, but your tendons aren’t there yet
And the weakest link in the chain breaks
@ChrisWillx The delta of the cultures seems to make the biggest difference in my experiance.
An Englishman in the US is different.
But coming from a non English speaking country with different customs and cultural ties is much harder.
An average human is only capable of so much change.
@ItsAndraz Diets are overcomplicated 99% of the time.
Enough protein and don’t overdo the calories.
Past that it is diminishing returns, practically speaking.
