Introducing Film Room, the career AI coach that works before you need one.
I spent 13 years as a product leader at five Fortune 500s: Amazon, Nordstrom, McDonald's, Lowe's and Delta Air Lines.
At Amazon, a launch announcement was the email everyone wanted. It meant you'd delivered something that solved a real problem for customers. Senior leaders, all the way up to Jeff Bezos, would see those email threads, and the "congrats on the launch" replies would come in.
But today is the first time the launch is from my own company. It hits different.
It's personal too. I've coached job seekers for 7 years, and my career videos have been watched more than a million times across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
Recently I read a comment on Instagram, under a USA Today post about the job market. A woman wrote: "I’ve been searching for a job for over a year…I feel like I'm being erased from society."
I haven't stopped thinking about that. Behind every application that goes unanswered is a real person, and nobody should feel invisible while looking for work.
That's why I built Film Room. We are here to help.
Upload your resume and in 60 seconds you get:
→ Your career score
→ What's working
→ 3 career moves to take next
Free. No account needed.
The first 1000 users will also receive a FREE resume rewritten by Russell, the career AI agent that powers Film Room.
To every dreamer, founder and builder still grinding: there has never been a better time to start something.
Let’s Go Farr!

Readout 01. What one person did inside Film Room on launch day, straight from the event log.
I spent 13 years at five Fortune 500s. Amazon taught me that you don’t launch and hope; you instrument everything and let the data tell you what people actually do. McDonald’s, Nordstrom, and Lowe’s taught me that a number nobody can trace back to a real action isn’t a number.
So when I built Film Room, measurement went in before the product did. Every step of the funnel is attributed and timestamped: homepage, score page, upload, score, moves, share, rewrite.
Here’s what that process looks like from a real user on Day 1:
A waitlist member got our launch email on Nov 1 and clicked through at 1:32 PM.
1:34 PM — uploaded a resume. Target role: Media Control Room Operator. Vert™ career score: 51.
1:36 PM — ran it again. Same role. 51.
1:43 PM — same resume. New target: Camera Operator. 51.
1:45 PM — same resume. New target: Broadcast Engineer. 51.
Four scores in eleven minutes. Same file every time; the hash matched. They weren’t fixing a resume. They were trying on careers.
Two things that matter here.
The score held. The Farr Model™ reads the career, not the title, so switching roles didn’t move the number. 51 four times. A score you can trust is a score you come back to.
The plan changed. Each role got its own three moves worth 12 points. Control room: a live switching runbook. Camera: a multi-camera reel. Engineer: a signal-flow map. Same resume, three ways forward.
That loop, score → plan → new question → score again, is the product. Seeing someone run it four times on day one, unprompted, is the strongest signal we have.
It’s already moving the roadmap: the score stays steady, and everything around it (fit, demand, pay) should move with the role you pick.
More readouts as the first 100 come through.

One more thing about Russell.
There are plenty of tools that will blast your resume at 500 jobs. That’s not an agent. That’s a spam cannon.
A career agent knows your resume, knows your market, works your moves with you every week, and never does anything without you. Russell is the first one built this way.

I’ve never seen a job market like this one.
Every day on LinkedIn: another “open to work.” Another buyout. Another round of layoffs. And almost nobody reaching back to help the people on the other side of those announcements.
This week I was reading the comments under a USA Today IG post about the job market. One person wrote: “I feel like I’m being erased from society.”
That line has stayed with me. Because I know how many people are feeling exactly that, and saying nothing.
I’ve been fortunate. Thirteen years across five Fortune 500 companies (Amazon, Lowe's, Nordstrom, McDonald's, and Delta Air Lines) in product leadership roles. Then I reached back as a career coach in 2020, and my career videos have been watched more than a million times across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. I’ve coached a lot of people through a lot of job markets.
This one is different.
In 2025, a former colleague sent me a DM on LinkedIn. We’d worked together at one of the biggest tech companies in the world. I had just accepted a new offer. He said: “I can’t find a job. How are you getting all these interviews?”
Same resume strategy. Same effort. Years at companies everyone recognizes. No callbacks.
I coached him. I prayed for him. And then I got angry. Because coaching and prayer were all I had to give, and he needed more than that. He needed a tool that had his back every day, not just the days I could get on a call.
That conversation became Farr.
In June 2026, I sat in Japan and designed what the first version of a career AI coach would look like. Today, four months later, it’s not a mockup. It’s a working product, and it’s a working career agent.
Introducing Film Room, the career AI coach that works before you need one.
Upload your resume. In about a minute you get:
→ Your career score: how high your career can go, out of 100
→ What’s already working, quoted straight from your resume
→ Three moves to stay marketable, built from your resume, not generic advice
All three are free.
And meet Russell.
Russell is Film Room’s career AI agent. Athletes have agents. Executives have agents. Everyone else has been managing their career alone, with a browser tab full of job boards.
Russell works your career moves with you, whether you’re:
→ looking for your first job after graduation
→ actively searching after a layoff
→ or going after the promotion you’ve earned
He never applies for you. You stay in control.
Nobody should have to suffer in silence through a job search. Not anymore.
Film Room opens November 1.

Mark Cuban says the lack of AI adoption in organizations means the "trillionaire in the basement" entrepreneur is coming:
"You have to be able to understand as a CEO and in the C-suite how all those things impact your company. Once you get a good grasp on that... you can just find new ways for things to happen that benefit your customers or create new opportunities."
"And that's the brilliance of AI, right? AI is not smart. It's book smart maybe, but it's not street smart. It's not entrepreneur smart. You've got to have somebody there who guides it and helps it."
"But until you have a C-suite that understands how it works, it's gonna be very difficult for that organization."
"I literally sat with the head of a consumer food company... I'm like, 'Okay, well, let's do this. Let's take your number one product, your cookie, right? And I'm gonna ask ChatGPT to create a competitor...' And in about three minutes he was like, 'Oh, s**t.'"
"There's no better time to be an entrepreneur than right now. There will be the trillionaire in the basement."
