So cool getting to meet @davinaduerr and @GovInslee at the bill signing yesterday! I'm proud to live in the leading climate-friendly state 🏔🌲💚 #ForOurFuture
What a day! Several bills were signed by the Governor today in Pasco. My bill to add Climate Change as an element to the GMA &!provide local gov’ts resources for planning climate change mitigation and resiliency took 3 years of intense negotiations & dramatic turns but we did it!
Middle housing now goes to the Gov. for their signature! 🎉Thank you to our pro-housing coalition who made this day possible. Let’s house the people! 🏘️
There's only a few weeks left in the 2023 #WALeg session! Join me and @FuturewiseWA in support of three important bill, HB 1110, SB 5466, and HB 1181, that will set us up for success now, and #ForOurFuture 🚍🌍🏡Let's pass these bills! https://t.co/DwEKru7P6O
We did it! Thank you to everyone who made this day possible. Stakeholders, staff, colleagues, and my colleague @AKB1968 This bill is not perfect & is a huge step forward to create more #Homes4WA@Sightline@FuturewiseWA

The Public Interest Network's recent behavior, including the retaliatory discharge of union leaders, earned coverage in The Guardian.
We'll say it again: we shouldn't chase away staff who want to do the critical work of organizing for the public interest.

We did it! Not only did we reach our goal of 1000 PRO sign-ins for our bills, but we smashed it! With 1,303 & 1,218 PRO sign-ins for our climate bills HB 1181/SB 5203, and 1,785 PRO sign-ins for our housing bill, we sent a clear message to our reps #Homes4Wa#ForOurFuture 1/
