Thanks @ArmsControlWonk for highlighting the report's many issues. Also, ALL nuclear fuel in Ukraine is under IAEA safeguards, with regular monitoring and inspections. The IAEA has reported no signs of diversion or undeclared activities or materials.

1. The DPRK held a parade on Wednesday to mark the 75th anniversary of its armed forces. At least 12 Hwasong-17 ICBMs and 4 previously unseen, presumably solid-propellant ICBMs were showcased, suggesting that the DPRK ICBM force may be rapidly expanding.
