@airindia I have tried booking on a new browser, new incognito window, booking without logging in. Nothing works. Have raised a complaint on mail as well and no resolution. It's an issue at the website end,

Anyone else facing some serious glitch in the Air India booking system? The customer care is clueless and interestingly, not able to add FFN after booking from a third party website as well.

@United_Africana Actually, it’s not. People just don’t follow 3-4 reps, heavy weights. It’s tough. 10 reps with lighter is much easier.

Muscles, you build with both. Just that 3-4 reps taxes your nervous systems much lesser.
