@Delta cancelled our flight home, leaving us stranded. We flew up for the day, so we have nothing with us. They refuse to provide a hotel. Called the platinum line where I was told I’d have to go to the airport to maybe get some help. Terrible service for a loyal customer.

I returned my @WarbyParker home-try on frames almost two months ago. I got an email that they weren’t received and spent an hour on the phone with customer service who assured me I wouldn’t be charged. I was just charged almost $500 for frames I returned to them.
