If a student has specific needs, Chat GPT can provide affective strategies to support learning. Discernment is needed..

@lfurze Designing tiered learning tasks to individualise learning can be very time consuming. Chat GPT minimises the time for this significantly, especially when we use focussed prompts. #aussieED

@HostBrian #aussieEd I love this analogy. Looking in the ‘rear view’ mirror is a great way for students to reflect on their feedback journey. Did their response to feedback provided help them reach their destination efficiently or did they take the long way round?

@misskyritsis #aussieED A2 it’s critical.. the student needs to know that the person providing the feedback has their best interests at heart. Trust is the key to providing feedback that points out strengths in performance but also pushes the bar higher. Students are more likely be risktakers

#aussieED Q1 it builds trusting learning relationships between students and with the teacher. This is especially the case when the teacher can support students through cognitive conflict. Risk taking increases when feedback is purposeful
