@MacConwell I've seen recently that clinics and hospitals are the less digitalized businesses...even when there are virtual consultations doctors don't use them...they take days to reply to an email...

@sweatystartup They do improve if you hire people with learnability as a trait, and if you coach and train them. Nevertheless, at early stage you need to have entrepreneurial mindset employees in roles where autonomy and learnability are needed.
