They were nonresponsive to CB1 board request for using R6a Maximum, R7D, R8X zoning, have no response when asked if only union workers will be hired for the build. When directly asked if the project would only use Union workers on 6/11 there was no response. Their 1700 permanent jobs were characterized as "retail and building services jobs" w/o any salary range.
