In all your doing, achieving, manifesting, scheduling, and dreaming, be sure your day has room for unbecoming.
Letting go of what’s not really you is a daily need.
Coming home to yourself will require healing because you at your prime was a shiny, blossoming being.
You’ve been battered a bit I’m sure & torn.
The healing may be hard, but don’t balk. Run toward to it. You, in your pure, ultimate, and expansive self is what is waiting.
Re: your core fears, motivations, & desires.
You can't change them, but by understanding them you'll change how you do things. When you change how you do things, you'll create more of what you want.
If you lack clarity about yourself, you lack the clarity needed to achieve goals, create connections with others, and have deeply satisfying relationships.
I want to help you see yourself differently so you'll feel differently about yourself so you'll act in a way that will get you closer to what you want.
But only because you want to.
Only because you know there's another level for you.
And only when you can do it with love.
Me, to my therapist: How long will the misery last?
T: what misery?
Me: The feeling of facing all the darks parts of yourself & not running away
T: As long as it takes to love those parts of you
Trusting yourself
Loving without conditions
Showing up for your decisions
Compassion on the next level
Inviting new iterations of you
Deeper, more meaningful relationships
Embracing uncertainty
Welcome! This is the path to be at home with yourself.
One day I imagine many stories & insights will come from this painful & stressful year. For now, I say adieu with gratitude and some relief. The cracks that shattered me also revealed who I really am so for that I am in awe over the resilience of the human spirit.
