Recognition of the Armenian genocide is long overdue, and I applaud President Biden for this announcement. It is important for all of us to look honestly at history to make sure such atrocities never happen again.
I commend President Biden’s decision to formally recognize the Armenian Genocide. Calling this atrocity what it was – genocide – is long overdue. We must recognize the horrors of the past if we hope to avoid repeating them in the future. https://t.co/ffngbkAGvA
I have discovered when I Google "when was the Armenian..." on Google, no mention of the Genocide comes up Instead a suggested search is "When was the Armenian War" It Turns out, Google has rebranded The Armenian Genocide as The Armenian War. This is an insult to all Armenians.
Armenian soldiers from frontline calling for the protesters to stop senseless bashing, Parliament Speaker is beaten unconscious, Government building is a mess, neo-nazis outside leading the protests while @Arm_President didnt say a word.
ADDRESS THE NATION NOW @Arm_President ‼️
I guess Armenians will never be allowed to rebuilt let alone step foot in Ghazanchetsots ever again. I mourn the loss of all Armenian cultural and historical monuments in Artsakh which will no doubt be destroyed soon, getting the "Western Armenian" treatment.
Despite several provocations, the ceasefire is generally being maintained. The #Armenian side will continue to strictly adhere to the ceasefire regime.
I expect from India the same as from other reps of int'l community-state that Turkey moved mercenaries to Azerbaijan, initiated war, acknowledge that NK people face existential threat.Remedial secession & recognition of Artsakh should be considered @WIONews https://t.co/4QwqtX9SxE
When is the last time you heard someone say... “Well yeah, because Stalin said so?” NEVER! Artsakh wants nothing to do with Azerbaijan! Help them gain their independence! #PeaceforArmenians#StopAliyev
