@PostOffice I sent a return to HMRC on 25/5/26. The tracking info states that the letter is being held at Wolverhampton Delivery Office at the request of HMRC but that it would be delivered on the next working day. It’s still in delivery office - why?
@AFJustice@ChrisCoons I’m watching this from UK and I’m horrified. It’s like 1930s Germany all over again. I’m so sad to see the great American constitution being mocked like this. You guys have been a beacon of freedom for all my life- how did it come this?
@HeatherJeeves Current affairs are hard to comprehend atm so calm and considered questioning that explains and enlightens is required. Her overly combative style is vexatious to my spirit and l am left none the wiser but as angry as she clearly is. Anna Foster is more to my taste.
@ubereats_uk Thank you for absolutely crap customer service. An item was missed from the order but it cannot be refunded because computer says no! AVOID!
P.s. I am posting this message as I was advised by Ubereats customer service- tells you everything you need to know!
@UberUKI_Support Hello Maria. We're informing you that our support responded to your request and can see that our team has resolved the issue in-app.
Unfortunately we’re unable to offer a refund or price adjustment.
Thanks for your understanding.
@Zawrldo_@wolfofx It’s historical, it’s where the Middle Saxon tribes used to live . We also had East Saxons-now Essex , South Saxons- now Sussex and West Saxons-formerly Wessex.
@BalaBw@BBCr4today@Emmabarnett Me too. She was losing her mind, and I was embarrassed for her. It’s such a shame. I liked her on Woman’s Hour but she’s not in the same league as Mishal.
@docdave60@archer_rs Members of the House of Commons (MPs) and House of Lords (Peers) are treated as resident and domiciled in the UK for Income Tax, Inheritance Tax and Capital Gains Tax purposes. This applies to the whole of each tax year in which a person is a member of either House.
@SketchBlog@archer_rs@LeftPhoenix To be eligible to stand as an MP, a person must be at least 18 years old and be a citizen of the UK, a Commonwealth nation, or Ireland. A person is not required to be registered to vote, nor are there any restrictions regarding where a candidate is a resident.
