I came to this conclusion sometime last year, and it was a little sad because I wanted so hard to believe in LLM mysticism and that there was something "there there."
@tfrabiah @DARP_EN The experience for booking Hajj through Nusuk has been a complete flop so far. And there is no where to really get any help. It's all landing on dead ears
@Hajj_nusuk I am disappointed of how poorly you have handled things this year. If you are having difficulty with volume/traffic,others around the world have solved it during the pandemic by introducing a virtual queue management system @MoHU_En#hajj2023
@Hajj_nusuk@aqsa_naeem7 This is just unacceptable. For a first come first serve system, if you want to throttle. Then please create a queing system. So people know what number they are in the que. The UX is completely misleading
@MoHU_En@Motawif_SA after receiving an approval email for Hajj. Then, getting stuck with never being able to see packages because no data found and now country quota is full. 🤷♀️
