@iamFrancesHart He was able to get the phone back to me, told my son to never pass his phone to anyone again, because as he voluntarily gave her the phone the police were powerless and said the only other thing I could have done had it not been returned was to take her to court

@iamFrancesHart After speaking to him he said he will talk to his daughter and try and get it for me, the police were still present and I showed him a list of numbers she’d called from the phone including his number there were many calls made over 30

@iamFrancesHart She had made many calls and I started calling these people and asking her called them from my number.
One person answered that was her dad and I explained to him what happed, and told him I called the police
He immediately came over.

@iamFrancesHart He said that he can not force her to give the phone back and she denied having it. I called the police the same happened, they said they can not force her to give the phone back as she denied having it.
I then got a copy of my recent calls from my phone company,

@iamFrancesHart He comes home and tells me what had just happened, so I go to the house and knock on the door, an adult answers the door and asks what I want, I told them that the girl just walked in the house with my sons phone and she needs to return it. The adult was the foster parent,

@iamFrancesHart Happened to my son, he was walking home from school and a girl asked to borrow his phone to call her dad. Being nice he gave her the phone to make a phone call and she walks straight into her house and locks the door he kept knocking no answer.

They will go without if their kid needed anything
