@GBNEWS@KenDBerryMD Excellent book by Dr Berry, highly recommend it. Iโve solved over 30yrs of autoimmune issues & obesity by ditching the NHS advice & going against the grain (quite literally!) 3 years on, feeling better at almost 51 than Iโve done my entire life & recent blood work is perfect ๐๐ป
Excited to see frog spawn in our pond today. We see plenty of frogs in the garden but this is the first year weโve actually had frog spawn in the pond ๐ธ
Supermarkets need to ensure ALL animal products have been produced with responsible use of antibiotics. Sign the petition here. https://t.co/xIXe7FdK31
Better still, be a responsible consumer, know where your food comes from & buy 100% grass fed from British regenerative farmers.
Made the mistake of not putting the robin food in a sealed container. The mice have decided instead of just helping themselves to it, it was easier just to move straight in!
@Resugarispoison @AnneAnnapolis @BBCNews You need to do better homework, start looking at rice production as an example for methane & nitrous oxide emissions & water consumption & then look to how mass monocrop farming poisons and dries out the land so nothing can live off it.
@Resugarispoison @AnneAnnapolis @BBCNews I eat nose to tail local organic grass fed meat from regenerative farms which helps carbon sequestration. Soil health is essential to climate solutions. Not all meat is equal, people need to distinguish between mass produced poor meat & poor farming practices & regenerative farming
Today Iโve been collecting leaves and this evening piled them into corners of the garden under the supervision of one of our little hogs, I think he approved. #hedgehogs
Just three #hedgehogs caught on camera last night. The fourth was still snuffling around and another night where all the big hogs have not been seen, hopefully settled down somewhere cosy for winter.

Our larger #hedgehogs not seen last night (usually have up to 9 of various sizes in our town garden).
Need to call a rescue for advice on the smaller ones, as much as weโve tried to fatten them up for winter, theyโre still quite little.
