Consumer saga at Kohls. Returned all merchandise and they refunded me with Kohls Cash and refused to credit back the original payment (a credit card). I can’t believe this is legal. It surely isn’t ethical. Left the Kohls Cash on the counter. @Kohls robbery

@HomeDepot someone stole a sink from in front of my house. FedEx confirmed. Home Depot refuses to refund the $ or replace the merch. 80+ minutes on hold, escalations and false information from CS. Hello Lowe's, goodbye Home Depot. Worst experience ever to push fault to consumer.
@orhp Impossible to get help. Service technician came out more than three weeks ago and they can't get ahold of @orhp so my work order is just sitting. Why get a home warranty when there is no plan to work to resolve issues? I am at a loss.
@AskCapitalOne I went to the airline directly. They were able to help.This is the 4th time this has happened to me. Staff up your travel support or stop offering travel credit cards! You have no right to take on new business without the intent of supporting it.
Been on hold with @CapitalOne travel for 1 hour and 40 minutes! 1 hour and 41 minutes now. This is unacceptable. I have no reason to keep this travel card for perks when I can't even adjust my travel plans without taking 2 or more hours out of my day.

@BestBuySupport absolute worst experience. Best Buy lost an open box online order and told me that I have to locate it myself by going to the store it was shipped from. It was an online order. Take responsibility people.
@Sears My microwave was cosmetically defective and because I did not pull off all of the blue tape and report within three days, they will not honor their mistake. The guys that delivered my appliances damaged my deck. Such a horrible experience. I regret trusting them.
