NEW: Los Angeles mayoral candidate Spencer Pratt absolutly rips Mayor Karen Bass for allowing homeless people to conduct "Nazi-like" experiments on animals.

Homeless people are reportedly feeding dogs drugs to test for fentanyl as well as setting them on fire.

"We have dogs to save. In downtown LA Karen Basura (trash) and Nithya Raman have facilitated the [abuse]..." Pratt said.

"Let's rally to save our pets from the zombies."

Another broken call out: Hollywood Boulevard and our collective apathy which allowed our city's most important economic asset to deteriorate.

No amount of string lights or painted utility boxes will fix what is, at its core, a fundamental structural failure. We designed the Boulevard for one user - the tourist: someone who drops in, snaps a selfie, buys a magnet, and leaves with no stake in what happens here. The result is predictable: disorderly behavior and crime grow, people who live nearby get in their cars and drive somewhere else to buy a coffee.

The Oscars left. Stasher ranked Hollywood the worst tourist destination in the world. Los Angelenos ignore the neighborhood.
