@ParvSondhi For orgs with heavy project funding processes this is in effect what really happens. Too often the teams ultimately responsible for delivering the solution are left out of the early stage though. If that happens, it becomes yet another game of telephone and a Frankenstein.

@joulee I'd reorder the hypothesis sequence to learning, prioritizing, focusing...and it's probably a rinse and repeat with mastery of each skill/increase in responsibilities (for growth oriented folks). I'm currently on focusing given the challenge of distance learning and remote work.
