Don’t ever buy or Fly on @viajaVolaris because they rip you off on adding luggage. I added baggage to our flight & I tried to upgrade or change to 55lb bag & they wouldn’t allow me to pay diff but pay them the entire new $84 fee w/no refund they stole $120. Bad cust. service

Such bad customer service while visiting Mexico City at @7ElevenMexico republica del Salvador 105 B centro historico, while buying some beers. He made us pay for some beers that accidentally fell and exchanged our other beers for those. Who does that?!! Don’t shop, rude!
