Omg, pathetic customer service provided at Tanoa Rakiraki.

So I like checked in with reception. They handed me my room key. All was going well, until I opened my room. And you know what? They had checked me in another guest room. Like wth.

I immediately called reception and explained. They then checked me into another room. As I started to settle in, another guest uses her card and opens my room!?

I am just speechless. My first time here last year, I got food poisoned and now this.
