@united Two flights delayed, new planes needed. Had to clean my own filthy seat and then the meal i ordered wasn’t available. Worst travel day. No more @united for me

@united you have the worst app interface. Asked me if i wanted to change my flight without alerting me that there were no biz class seats available on the alt flights. And then I got stuck with an economy seat for the biz class mileage. Insane!
