@TalkinYanks Ask if there is repercussion in the dugout for players that aren’t running out ground balls anymore when we have kids watching in minor leagues waiting for their turn to give 100% and I have to hear my 7 year old say wow he could have made it if he ran!!!

@TalkinYanks Instead of hearing “we got to get better” I would like to hear what HE is doing to try to get better. No one ever asks what is happening behind the scenes to try to improve but it should be asked. Are you calling mandatory meetings? Extra BP? Everyone watching film?

Have you noticed that the "teachable" or "AHA" moments in class often have little to do with the lesson plan, but almost everything to do with relationships. Relationships before rigor.
