@Avis apparently the customer service line we called can’t actually do anything and is unable to cancel our reservation and give us the refund. Truly don’t know how you stay in business with such bad service
@united very delayed flight and sat on track forever and now @Avis Raul 95945 was also of ZERO HELP he “provided information” and suggested we wait hours to maybe get a car? Horrendous
Dear @Avis you are THE LITERAL WORST how do you have NO CARS AVAILABLE at SLC airport and about a dozen people who have rented cars….way in advance….horribly run and TERRIBLE experience I will be getting reimbursed for this Uber I’m going to have to now take there and back

@Delta really brutal flights this past trip….sat on runway for an hour with no information on the way there and now landed but sitting in plane another hour on the way back… regretting my delta loyalty ugh
