@davidfowl The old “good, fast, cheap—pick two” still applies. AI should be helping us choose good and fast, or good and cheap. Instead, a lot of teams are using it to double down on fast and cheap.

It's crazy that Windows will post notifications for the most unsignificant stuff (like the unfamous "Windows Defender Antivirus did not find any threats"), but I had to check my event viewer for completely unrelated reasons to randomly discover that one of my HDDs is dying.

With the tech influencer crowd suddenly becoming "10x more productive", learning "10x faster", and "getting projects done in minutes that would have taken months otherwise", I'd expect those folks to become insanely successful over the next few months and 10x their earnings.
