@BritishHodl Bear market comes, mnav compression in addition to btc value decreasing.
If mnav<1 saylor can't issue ATM effectively, and he stated that he will not sell the btc, so he can't sell the asset to buy back shares to increase nav (free market would likely arbitrage if mnav<1 though.)

@olvelez007 If the bank custodies the BTC then would it have something like FDIC insurance or some type of insurance if they lose/mismanage it? (Obviously they are doing something that incurs some level of risk in order to make the return on btc)
