@Ocado Hi, is it possible to add a “Tip” feature to your app? Other delivery services have this feature.! I would like to add a tip after my delivery if the driver has done a good job. I don’t always have cash at home so would like to charge it to my bill after the delivery. 👍

@TfL route N44 at 4:15 am this morning towards Sutton! Does the driver think it’s amusing to pull over and then pull away again without stopping making me late for work. I then chased the bus hoping it would stop at the traffic lights? pulling a hamstring in my left leg! Big C#^t

Why are we paying Service charges? I have reported this problem over 10 times in the last 2 years! Enough is enough! Put up signs saying that there’s CCTV to deter the scum entering the courtyard and using it as a toilet! But more importantly, get the gate fixed! Thank you

@PeabodyLDN Peabody estate, Vauxhall Bridge Road, the front and back gates have been broken for several months now? Junkies are using the courtyard as a meeting point and public toilet!!! Undesirables, are walking in and out as they please! The gates are there to make it safe!

My car went in for a recall for retaining bolts on the steering column. Came out with a ticking sound.
No ticking noice before recall? Now been told ticking has nothing todo with recall work? Will be complaining!
