Train faults occur with increasing frequency nowadays - perhaps it’s time for a major overhaul of the rolling stock?

Another total sh1tshow at Hither Green during the rush hour peak of 08.00-08.30 this morning. All trains delayed and, if/when they do arrive, impossible to board.
This isn’t just a one-off it’s happening almost everyday!

I can only conclude that you are not operationally capable of running anything approaching what one might call a service and/or you couldn’t care less about your customers.

The 08.16 arrived on time today 🤯but, as ever, no room to board. As there don’t appear to be any problems with signalling, speed restrictions, faults with trains, do you presume this is acceptable service provision ongoing?
