Months ago, I revealed that this man is a convicted child predator who was able to walk into a Frisco ISD administration building and view footage related to the incident without undergoing any type of background check.

After discovering this, I connected with multiple Texas legislators, and we began working on a legislative solution to close that loophole and ensure it can never happen again.

Turner then attempted to sue me, claiming I was discriminating against him because of his “identity.” It didn’t go well for him.

When I left the courthouse on Friday, multiple individuals approached Sippi and me. They were yelling and brandishing multiple firearms.

One of the men initially displayed a pistol that was slung outside of his shirt and held it at a low-ready position. The individuals were clearly making sure that we saw the firearm as they approached.

Afterward, Sippi sarcastically remarked, “That’s bad ass.”

The man then responded, “Oh, I bet you didn’t see this one,” before lifting his shirt and brandishing another firearm that was positioned near his waistband (in the center).

The group continued yelling and followed us across the front of the parking lot.

Sippi immediately escorted me to our vehicle, and we left.

I am not here to give these people any of my time or attention. I am here to report, as I have been for the past year.

It’s sad that it has come to this. They are angry that I’m doing my job, and behavior like this is exactly why we have increased our security measures and are taking additional precautions.

A large number of the men in the parking lot carrying firearms have identified themselves as members of the Black Panthers. I do not know whether the individuals who approached us were affiliated with that group or not.

For context, 4 out of the 6 teens that testified today were black.

Teen 3 said Austin Metcalf told Karmelo Anthony he was not going, "to fight you at a track meet, dude."

Teen 4 said Austin never got to grab Karmelo because Karmelo stabbed him so fast.

Teen 6 said said Karmelo's vein in his arm was visible and it appeared he was grabbing something from his back pack. That something ended up being the knife that was used to kill Austin.

The Daily Mail also is reporting that all the teens testified and said Karmelo was asked repeatedly to leave the tent.

Another unidentified teammate is testifying.

For context, this teen is black.

The teen was sitting next to Karmelo Anthony when Austin Metcalf shoved him.

He said Austin’s shove was so light that Karmelo did not touch him—and they were sitting next to each other.

When Karmelo reached into his book bag, Austin allegedly said, "This is Frisco. You don't have anything in there.”

The teen adds that he believes Karmelo was looking to pick a fight—not Austin.

Karmelo Anthony is getting cooked 🔥 in court today.

Two kids who were under the tent when the altercation between Karmelo and Austin Metcalf happened have now testified.

One witness said that Karmelo had his hand in his backpack and the kids thought he was bluffing about having a weapon and when Austin went to push Karmelo he stabbed him in the same motion.

The other witness said it appeared as if Karmelo already knew what he was going to do.

He said that it was a light shove.

When asked if it looked as if Austin was trying to pick a fight he answered no.

When asked if it looked as if Karmelo was trying to pick a fight he answered yes.

This does NOT LOOK GOOD for Karmelo Anthony at all.

Fox News is doing an awful job at covering Karmelo Anthony’s murder trial.

They missed all the key points in the DA’s opening statement.

HERE ARE THE FACTS THEY MISSED:

Anthony tossed the knife he used to fatally stabbed Metcalf with—after stabbing him.

Anthony tried blending into the crowd after the stabbing.

He brought a flip knife to the track meet, even though it was prohibited.

The jury has 5 minorities on it—it’s just not the kind the defense likes.

This legal expert has no idea what he’s talking about.
