@MervRobertson I don’t doubt there’s a very strong argument for JR Reid. And having seen him play you’re well placed to judge. The clincher for me: I struggle to see how he could be better than Cairns was at his peak around 1999-2000.
@Knowlesie Tough XI to pick eh Simon. Stead keeps saying they will play a spinner and on form/ability that has to be Ajaz. If in doubt, pick best 6 batsmen and best 5 bowlers, and don’t think they lose a lot with KJ at 7 compared with the allrounders.
@ThreeLampsFilms @BLACKCAPS Hi Rory, we received a release yesterday from NZC confirming the changes, which said: "Patrons who have already purchased tickets for games on which dates or venues have been changed have been notified of the amendments and their options, including full refunds if desired."
@Sportsfreakconz @RichardPetrie54 It is weird he’s barely opened for NZ since that super knock v India at the Cake Tin. Clearly his best spot where he’s most dangerous in T20
@RichardPetrie54 Decent balanced side that, maybe Phillips at 3 and Conway 4 another option. Bit of a guessing game that top order. Headaches when Capt Kane returns!
@pineyzb @BVannisselroy@DewiPreece1@Hurricanesrugby Was remarkable to witness such alpha displays of ‘my microphone stand is bigger than yours’. @pineyzb crowned the winner by mere inches.
@Knowlesie Hi mate. That is strange as it has shown up on the board in previous years. I'll ask why not. We could see the readings on TV in the box, I'd say KJ averaged 130kmh across the day. A few looked faster than that with the gale behind him.
